Thank you to the guys at BYLU Campaign for inviting me on their podcast while on vacation in America. I was invited to the show following a conversation of conversations with Daniel (co-founder of BYLU) to discuss my journey, how and why I’m in Dubai and how faith has played an important role in my decision making.

Part of living a thankful life is being intentional with the time God has given us on Earth. Intentional with seeking God, loving people and doing what God has asked us to do.

From the moment we turn 20 we start counting how many years away we are from 30 and it is often that people dread turning 30, I am not one of these people. I’m thirty and thankful!

One thing I’m ever so tired of is the belief that single people are incomplete. I don’t think that of myself and nobody else should.

Life for me is especially good right now.

Don't let anyone make you feel unaccomplished because you are single, BUT accomplish much as a single person. Make memories, gain experiences and much more! Be active in your “wait” especially by seeking God before all else, any journey with God is an amazing journey.

In conclusion I am choosing to walk hand-in-hand with God and His purpose for my life. I am choosing, with His help, that in the coming year and years to come, I will start each day with my conclusion - my introduction and middle will eventually write themselves.

I've been in Dubai for exactly three months now! I wrote this [very honest] piece a few days ago because I was having a moment. I find regularly, that my moments always end with hope. 
Three months later and I have concluded...
To know that nothing can surprise God is a celebration on its own.

Sometimes I really don’t want to write, sometimes I’m too scared to write, but I’m reminded of Proverbs 10 verse 11 “The words of the godly lead to life…”
